Un loft de doble altura en plena ciudad, con un ventanal que va del piso al techo y una escalera de caracol que sube a la habitación. Abajo todo queda abierto — sala, comedor, cocina a gas completa y un baño social — con un balcón privado que mira los tejados hasta la montaña. Arriba, una cama queen, un escritorio junto a la ventana y su propio baño. Aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora, y una terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi compartido. El Tranvía queda a una cuadra, la Placita de Flórez y los museos de San Ignacio a pocos pasos, y el resto del Centro se recorre caminando.

Vivir aquí

Bomboná es el centro que trabaja y se camina — la Placita de Flórez, los teatros y museos de San Ignacio, y cafés que llevan décadas abiertos, todo a pie. El Tranvía pasa a una cuadra y te lleva al resto de la ciudad sin carro. La casa queda doce pisos más arriba: un loft de doble altura con el ventanal abierto a la luz, la habitación en el altillo y una terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi para el final del día.
