Een loft met dubbele hoogte midden in de stad, waar een glazen wand van vloer tot plafond loopt en een wenteltrap naar de slaapkamer klimt. Beneden blijft alles open — woonkamer, eethoek, een volledige gaskeuken en een gastentoilet met douche — met een privébalkon dat over de daken naar de bergen kijkt. Boven een tweepersoonsbed, een bureau bij het raam en een eigen badkamer. Airconditioning, een wasmachine en droger, en een dakterras met gedeelde jacuzzi bovenin het gebouw. De Tranvía ligt één blok verderop, de Placita de Flórez en de musea van San Ignacio op loopafstand, en de rest van Centro doe je te voet.
