Un deux-chambres au sixième étage, au pied de l'Avenida Las Palmas, avec deux balcons qui tournent l'angle — l'un depuis le salon, l'autre depuis la seconde chambre — donnant d'un côté sur un ravin boisé et de l'autre sur la ville et les montagnes. À l'intérieur, un mur de lattes de bois court le long du salon, la cuisine a un îlot et un bar, et la table accueille quatre personnes. Deux salles de bain, dont une attenante à la chambre principale. Lave-linge et sèche-linge dans le logement, un bureau pour travailler, un climatiseur mobile, et l'immeuble offre une piscine, une salle de sport, un parking couvert et une sécurité 24h/24. Le Centro Comercial San Diego est en bas de la côte et El Poblado à quelques minutes en descendant l'avenue.

San Diego, c'est là où la ville plate s'arrête et où la montagne commence. Le centre commercial est en bas de la côte pour le supermarché et le cinéma ; l'Avenida Las Palmas part de la porte et grimpe vers Rionegro et l'aéroport ; Provenza et El Poblado sont à quelques minutes de l'autre côté. Le logement est six étages plus haut, à l'angle, avec deux balcons — l'un depuis le salon, l'autre depuis la seconde chambre — le ravin boisé d'un côté et la vallée de l'autre, et en bas une piscine et une salle de sport pour les jours où l'on ne sort pas.
