A normal clean cleans around these. Every job here is the deep version of it — inside the oven, grout scrubbed line by line, windows slat by slat — quoted per job and priced before you book. We bring specialty products
Limescale remover, disinfectant and glass cleaner, and our own color-coded cloths that never cross from a bathroom to a kitchen. The basics stay yours: mop, broom and floor cleaner.
What you provide
- Broom, mop, floor cleaner, dish soap, dustpan, bucket and a toilet brush; a vacuum if there are rugs or pets
- Hosts: clean linen for every bed, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, tea, salt and pepper
- Untreated wood — tell us and we bring the right product for it. Marble or natural stone: tell us too, so we use only the neutral product on it
- Anything you are missing, we can pick up on the way — it is the Restock run below, never a surprise on the bill

How do you set the price?
Airbnb and Deep cleans are priced by the home: size, bathrooms and condition. Home visits are priced by time, 4 or 8 hours. The calculator price is the price. It only changes if the home needs much more than described or you add extras; homes over 150 m² send us photos first.
Do you bring the cleaning products?
We bring the specialty products: limescale remover, disinfectant, glass cleaner and a multi-surface spray, plus our own color-coded cloths, gloves and brushes. You keep the basics at home: a mop, broom, floor cleaner, dish soap, bucket and dustpan, a vacuum if there are rugs or pets, and your own clean linen and towels. We bring the bin bags.
What if something isn’t right?
Send us a photo within 12 hours and we come back within 24 hours to fix it, free.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 48 hours before. With less notice we charge 50%, and if nobody can let us in, 50%.
Do you offer recurring cleans?
Yes: home visits in plans of 2, 4 or 8 a month, paid at the start of the month, and an unused visit carries over one month. We recommend starting with a Deep clean; it is your choice.
How do I pay?
We check crew availability first. Once you accept the terms, you have 24 hours from booking to pay in full; without payment the date is not held. Plans are paid at the start of the month. Bank transfer, Bre-B or Nequi. From abroad: Zelle, Wise or a US or EU transfer, +5%.
Can you wash sheets and towels?
Yes: $15.000 a load with your machine at home. For Airbnb hosts we can also send linen to a commercial laundry and have it returned by courier; we quote that in the chat.
Do you service appliances, upholstery or pests?
Yes, through professionals who work with us: air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge; couches, mattresses and rugs; fumigation; jacuzzi and pool. Same chat, same OASIS bill, and we quote each job.
Do you clean offices or after construction?
No. Homes only: houses, apartments and residences, including Airbnb homes.
