A 60 m² two-bedroom on the fifth floor in Itagüí, a few minutes' walk from Parque Simón Bolívar. The second bedroom has its own bed and air conditioning, and the sofa bed in the living room takes the home to five. The living room opens through a wall of glass onto a balcony with a leafy green wall, a table for two and a view across the rooftops to the mountains. The kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, a microwave and a fridge with a water dispenser, beside a dining table for four; there is a second bathroom, a washer and hot water. The building has an elevator, and you let yourself in with a smart lock. The food stalls and bars around the park are a short walk, a supermarket is around the corner, and the Envigado metro station and Viva Envigado mall are within walking distance.
